“Mirror, Mirror, on the wall” – Art Therapy Workshop with Sound Bath

Sometimes there is a desire within to pause for a moment and ruminate.
What do I show to the world?
What is truly alive within me right now?
How would I like to move forward?
This workshop offers a creative, safe space for deeper reflection.
Through creative expression and a sound bath, you can connect with your inner processes and hold up a mirror to yourself.
During the 4-hour workshop process, we will work with clay and collage techniques on your self-reflective questions.
Duration: 3pm - 7pm
